Grass-fed and finished Angus Beef. Each box will include approximately 9-11 lbs of beef. (4 lbs of ground beef, 5-6 lbs of steaks, roasts, or miscellaneous cuts).

Cleveland Cattle Company beef is raised on local pastures where our producers follow rotational grazing practices and sustainable farming principles.  Their beef comes from hormone-free, antibiotic-free, grass-fed, grass-finished Black Angus cattle. The herd is managed by Connor Farms, with farms in both Summit County, in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and in Geauga County, near the headwaters of the Cuyahoga River.
